Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of service. ChartzFx is a software platform for account connection, trade copier management, analytics and reporting. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser.

2. No custody. Client funds remain at all times in the client's own broker account. The platform cannot move, deposit or withdraw funds.

3. No guaranteed returns. Trading leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance shown on the platform does not guarantee future results.

4. Subscription fees. ChartzFx is a monthly SaaS platform. Fees are collected manually via bank transfer / UPI / crypto arranged with support. There is no charge on client trading capital.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to misrepresent performance, resell access without a white-label agreement, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
