1. Service Nature

• Our services include forex signals, market analysis, and educational content delivered digitally.

• Since these are digital services, access is granted immediately after plan activation.

2. Cancellations

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

• Cancellation will stop any future renewals. However, the current active plan will remain available until its expiry date.

3. Refunds

• As our services are digital and instantly accessible, we maintain a strict “No Refund” policy once a subscription is activated.

• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

  • Failed transaction where funds were debited but service was not activated.
